What is a RMA?
RMA is a Repair Merchandise Agreement between Rho Industries Inc. and you. The RMA outlines the details of the repair process and costs. Every RMA is assigned a unique RMA number which is also your Purchase Order number; it will allow you to track the process of your RMA from our website.
As a client, you will need to create an account in order to be able to make a RMA request. The following outlines the necessary steps require to do both tasks.
